The normal delivery time for orders is 24/72 working hours from the time the shipment is made, excluding delays due to causes of the transport company.
The provision of services will be carried out on weekdays and from Monday to Friday.
Orders received before 14:00 p.m. will be prepared for shipment on the same day, otherwise they will be prepared for departure the next business day (conditions subject to the possibility of order preparation).
Orders placed on holidays or during the weekend, will be processed the next business day.
If an item was not in stock at the time of placing the order, we would ask the products to the distributor and they will be sent on the same day we receive them in our warehouses. If the supplier does not have stock either, we will inform the client so that they know the situation and provide a solution.
Once the order is made, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address, unless the customer bears the expenses and is expressly accepted by the parties.
Orders received on Fridays, will be managed from Monday as there is no delivery on Saturdays.
