Help from Essential Oils in these difficult times

SPECIAL HAND CARE: Excessive use of hydroalcoholic gel can damage the skin of our hands. In these times its use is mandatory and with good reasons, so we must prioritize the care of our hands in a conscious way.

We recommend:

Wash your hands regularly with the Tea Tree Bath Gel, for its antibacterial, disinfectant, protective, regenerating, dermatological problems, deodorant, fungicide and bactericidal properties.

THE USE OF THE MASK may cause irritations and redness, especially behind the ears. To avoid this risk, we recommend applying a small amount of Jojoba Vegetable Oil in the morning. This oil, in addition to having precious properties to soothe the skin, is very rich in ceramides, which will help to create a soft protective barrier against rubbing of the rubber of the mask.

  • At night, and especially in case of redness or irritation, our great ally will be the St., for its regenerating, healing, soothing and anti-inflammatory capacity.
  • Another aspect to take into account when using the mask is that our lips and the skin that is covered for many hours, lacks the perspiration and oxygenation that the skin naturally needs, which can cause dryness, flaking and the appearance of impurities on the skin. Therefore, we recommend keeping this area well hydrated and cared for. That is, be especially rigorous with cleaning and daily treatment. Use every morning and night the Ylang Ylang Cleansing Emulsion, the most suitable toner, the protective cream during the day and the serum at night. On the other hand, it is especially suitable to exfoliate with the Naturally Pure Scrub twice a week, to ensure deep hygiene and purification, eliminate dead cells and keep the skin in optimal condition.
  • Finally, another very common discomfort is the feeling of overwhelm and anxiety that wearing the mask can produce for hours, breathing our own breath for hours, and causing a sensation of "dirt" in the respiratory tract, even in the taste of our mouth and breath. To do this, we recommend the following:

In the case of using FFP2 masks, which leave a space between our skin and the mask, we will stick to the bottom of the inside of the mask a piece of cloth tape, to which we will have added a drop of Lemon AE, Orange o Lavender. We recommend these three for their antiseptic, respiratory and relaxing properties, because they enhance very positive moods and because they are soft and gentle with our skin (although they should not be in direct contact) and with their inhalation. This small gesture will make a big difference in our well-being. The aroma will give us a nice feeling of cleanliness and relief, and we will feel that “we breathe better".
