A 'SPA' pedicure is a wonderful way to relax and take care of your feet. Actually, it is not always necessary to spend money at a beauty salon to enjoy this treatment and obtain magnificent results, because you can do it at home in just a few steps.

First of all, you need to have a series of products on hand:

  • A bathtub to put your feet in.
  • Bath salts or essential oils to add to bath water.
  • Nail file.
  • Orange stick (for cuticles).
  • Foot scrub.
  • Pumice.
  • Moisturizer.
  • Nail polish and nail polish remover.
  • Clean towels

Once you have all this at home, it's time to start:

  1. Fill the bathtub with warm water and add a few tablespoons of bath salts or a few drops of essential oil (your favorite scent) to create a relaxing environment.
  2. Soak your feet for 10-15 minutes to soften the skin and relax the muscles.
  3. Dry your feet with a towel and proceed to trim and file your nails. If in doubt, trim your toenails straight across to prevent ingrown toenails. Use a nail file to shape your nails and smooth the edges.
  4. Apply a cream or oil to soften the cuticles and use an orange stick to gently push them back. Do not cut them, as they can protect your nails from infection.
  5. Use a foot scrub or pumice stone to remove dead skin cells on the bottoms of your feet and heels. Pay special attention to dry and rough areas and emphasize where you have it worst, to soften the area little by little and leave your foot smooth.
  6. If you have a foot mask, apply it generously following the product instructions. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing.
  7. Dry your feet well and apply a moisturizing cream or massage oil. Apply the cream while massaging your feet with circular movements, paying attention to the heels and the sole of the foot. This moisturizing foot cream It's amazing, it leaves them super soft and with a delicious aroma.
  8. Optionally, use nail polish to make them look prettier. Be sure to apply a base coat to protect your nails and a top coat for a long-lasting, shiny finish. Let the polish dry completely before putting your shoes on.

Once you're done, you can finally enjoy the feeling of fresh and renewed feet. You will notice the difference! And above all, it will be much cheaper than what it would cost you to do it in a salon.
