Preparation of clay paste
Start by pouring green clay into a wooden or glass bowl and add water, letting the mixture stand for 30 minutes. Mix with a spatula (wood or plastic) until you have a homogeneous paste.
For a facial mask
The clay paste should be applied on the face and neck, forming a thick layer that has no contact with the eyes or lips. Leave 10 minutes on the skin and then rinse with warm water and dry with a cotton towel.
As poultice
Apply clay paste on a piece of natural fiber, spreading with a spatula (wood or plastic) to form a thickness of 2 to 3 cm.
The poultice is placed directly on the skin, holding with a bandage, leaving on for an hour. Then rinse with warm water and dry with a cotton towel.
Preparation of clay water
Put two tablespoons of green clay in a glass of water, stirring with the help of a spoon and rinse after a few minutes.
