Polarity
YANG
Etymologically it means "the slope of the sunny mountain."
Yang energy is centripetal, compact, agglutinates, gathers, gives unity and strength. It is connected to the sun, force, unity, masculine, heat, fire, control, speed, movement, energy ...
When a person has an excess of strength Yang in his body is too hot, too much fire, hyper-functioning occurs and you have to rebalance with the Yin energy supply to return to well-being and harmony. A person of Yang character tends to be impulsive, self-confident, with a tendency to leadership, competitive, poorly tolerant, accurate and concrete.
Well-being is defined as a balance between Yin and Yang. An imbalance is the result of a deficiency or an excess of Yin energy or Yang energy. The optimum is to make our body adapt to changing conditions, maintaining the balance between these two opposite and complementary energies.
