Evening

Take a shower with Lavender Relaxing Bath Gel.
Friction the body with one of the tonics of Alqvimia: Alcohol of Romero or Water of the Queen of Hungary.
Perform a gentle upward massage throughout the body with Lavender Relaxing Body Oil.
Once a week take a relaxing bath by adding 10 drops of the Relaxing PAE of Lavender.
