Cattier Bio Superfine White Clay (200 g) is traditionally used for masks, poultices and clay water for bathing, for its benefits for the skin.

Preparation of clay paste
Start by pouring white clay into a wooden or glass bowl and add water, letting the mixture stand for 30 minutes. Then stir with a spatula (wood or plastic) until you have a homogeneous paste.
For a facial mask
The clay paste should be applied on the face and neck, forming a thick layer that has no contact with the eyes or lips. Leave 10 minutes on the skin and then rinse with warm water and dry with a cotton towel.
As poultice
Apply clay paste on a piece of natural fiber, spreading with a spatula (wood or plastic) to form a thickness of 2 to 3 cm.
The poultice is placed directly on the skin, holding with a bandage, leaving on for an hour. Then rinse with warm water and dry with a cotton towel.
Preparation of clay water
Pour 1 or 2 tablespoons of white clay into a glass of water, stirring with the help of a plastic or wooden spoon. Then wait for it to dry and rinse.
